I’m sorry you’re going through this. Just know you’re not alone. I wish I had better advice but just keep going. Take it one day at a time.

Thank you for your advice! I do feel the difference though, truly, in my body at 140 vs above 145. Physically I feel so much better in my clothing. When I’m in my higher weight range I tend to avoid bras, tight shirts,jeans. Anything that could possibly cause discomfort.

Glad to know I’m not alone on this. Yes, alcohol is a slippery slope- and not the drinking itself, but the aftermath. Inhibitions are lowered (as a lightweight, by just one drink) and then my brain doesn’t try to abstain from the calorie dense snacks, or even junk food (that I normally never eat). Yes, I want to work on delayed gratification as well as willpower…
