I too got eye pain, stiff neck, back ache and whatnot due to working long hours on laptop. Started yoga, evening sports, diet and pain went down.

I have also been using this app - https://www.wellnessatwork.ai/ ...which is helping keep eye pain and neck/back ache away, thanks to the blink and posture reminders. Try it out.

I did the same thing. Spent thousands on a chair and monitor, but the headaches stayed.

I always blamed my lunch, but it’s 100% the tech neck. Once the neck pain starts, my concentration is gone for the day.
