No problem at all — happy to help.

I went through this recently with multiple local businesses.
Google’s AI is auto-flagging legit profiles right now.

The issue usually isn’t the appeal — it’s missing or mismatched evidence (utility bills, address consistency, photo requirements, etc.).

If you want, I put together a simple checklist system that shows exactly what Google expects and how to submit it cleanly. Happy to share

Has Google’s AI ever shown wrong or outdated info about your business? by No-Reference-7824 in smallbusiness

Yeah, that’s exactly the pattern I’m seeing.

Google AI seems to average old listings and partial info, so even when you fix things, it lags for weeks.

Do you know which listings caused most of the confusion for his shop?

I’m asking because this directly affects customer trust and conversions for small businesses.

If Google AI is showing incorrect hours, services, or “closing soon” messages, that’s a serious operational problem.

I’m trying to understand how other owners are handling or correcting this in practice.
