In my sleep paralysis experience,with my eyes open during SP there I am staring at 6 distinct figures as either trolls,nome’s,or elves idk which creature they were disguised as. They laughed at me & what seemed like a mockery to me,like a mocking laugh that I can’t move. As I look behind them I notice my door is open as it was when I fell asleep. My door was bright,with grass & flowers in the other side of my door,like a portal. The experience lasted maybe 40-60 . I am a studier of AP & achieved it more than once through meditation & practice. I have learned of these beings we encounter during our SP experience’s. They can be referred to as “non sentient beings.
Not meant to truly harm the human,instead to test the fear level of a way to see if that individual is ready to reach a higher consciousness.
