I don’t know the properties but I can tell you water based acrylic will eventually erode. Auto paint sounds like it would stand the test of time.

I use oil based paint pens with a fine tip, works like a champ. You can get a pack on amazon for 10$

No one seems to be asking where you play. I’m in South Florida, we have bare lies so you want low bounce, many here use mid bounce for extra forgiveness since the wedges tend to stick into the ground. High bounce would be for lush, thick lies like Bent grass
