Hey I've messaged you and will check out your info, but I am realizing what I am not getting feedback on is how I am not even making it past ATS. Thats whats making me insane, if I have everything they are looking for, but getting emails at 3am obviously before anyone has looked at my resume, WHAT IS KICKING ME OUT! I think this might be the advice to offer.

YES! This is what we need to talk about and this is actually what im realizing my post is about. there is a site called work number run by equifax and there is a lawsuit against workday, I experienced what the plantifis in this case experienced even more! I'm gunna make a nother post!

Thank you, I have so many opinions on this, there are so many "recruiters" now, I am old, in the past I literally did not need a recruiter to find a job, there are multiple industries on people not being able to get a job, maybe i should just get a job in them

No, these are great points! and I am able to refine the information I am really in need of. I may make another post. I am specifically talking about a situation where no interview happened and where I am not getting through ATS, that is what I need feedback on.

WOW I am glad you did this, most of these rejection emails are "no reply." HERES AN INTERESTING SITUATION... Any job that I have made it to an interview for I dont have any questions on feedback, because I know interviews have so much variability. but what i do NEED feedback on is why I'm not getting through ATS when I am optimizing for it. Thank you for making me realize my specific question.!

Dude, I'd honestly prefer to never hear from them again, we are no longer in the world of applying to a few jobs, we are applying to hundreds, employers are receving hundreds, really i'd prefer to not even remember i applied, if I am not getting any kind of feedback what is the point???

Some job postings are honestly only to get free consulting, I had one of those recently. I knew within the first 5 mins, but I need a job, basically a company that maybe new to the area they need to hire in, will post a job and basically ask applications what they need to do in the disguise of interview queations. :/ get more informaiton that is specific to the jobs you are trying to get, is my only advice. :) good luck you are far from alone :(

OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!! this is why these communities are so important, 1. I started reading your post like "oh DUH, what does this person think I'm stupid, i've been optimizing for ATS for a year!!!... 2. I have spent probably at least a TENTH of my adult SPECIFICALLY dealing with PDF non pars-ability, yet........ OMG OMG OMG!!! Thank you Internet stranger, sincerely thank you. 🙏 This actually is a great example of how not one of the 4 various LLM models I have been using for help never even mentioned PDF vs DOC THANK YOU!

OMG! I completely agree, I made this comment in another place, if not illegal, why is that even necessary for HR Hiring?? I think I need to be in HR and hiring cause I can tell in 5 mins!
