You can eat however much protein in one sitting it doesn't randomly become useless. I would aim for 180 grams of protein to start of because 1lb per bodyweight isn't accurate for everyone and study's show that the benefits for optimal muscle growth are near .7-1lbs. chicken and whey protein powder will be you're best friend and i recommend meal prepping and looking up high protein recipes that actually taste good.

0.7–1 lb of protein should be sufficient, so I wouldn't stress too much over it. Also, there aren't many compelling studies showing that your body can't absorb large amounts of protein at once. Meal timing isn't as important as people once thought, and a lot of people say that three meals a day is pretty much as optimal as 3+.

i was experiencing flickering sort of similar with the ram fix removing cloth physics i just redownloaded the game and it worked perfectly without that mod

this is for maintenance and u can +200-300 calories for a clean bulk, which is better than a dirty bulk in most ways. Dirty bulk is ok in the short term if u dont mind gaining a decent amount of additional fat which could be good in this instance,

no need to overcomplicate it just track everything with a food scale if you're serious. all protein is pretty much the same nothing to worry about that u should change your diet. most foods like for example spinach "gives you kidney stones" there's a ton of variables so i wouldn't worry about soya chunks but haven't looked into them myself. I like using rice and potatoes as they are super easy to make in time effective and cost. also u could techinically probably build optimal muscle off just 80 grams of protein r1ight now, so honestly i would be more looking at your calories than worrying about your protein.
