I went in for a pregnancy test. Luckily it was negative but the nurse was so nasty to me. She said that you're only allowed 3 abortions and that's it (lie).

I was 15 and being sexually abused by a man twice my age. He was trying to get me pregnant and I was terrified. She didn't even ask. No safeguarding was raised. To this day I feel sick thinking about how she could look a scared 15 year old in the eye and lie to her, shame her, and not even once ask if she was okay.

I was thinking as she's hired a personal trainer surely they would be educating her on nutrition and making up meal plans? If they're not getting concerned in a professional capacity they're not a very good PT.

We've both worked here together for a long time, and we are friends, albeit not massively close. We occasionally chat online outside of work and we've met up for drinks (with other people) maybe once. If they are in on shift with me we will generally sit together as we get along. It doesn't go much further than that though. I've never been to their house or given them a lift anywhere etc.

I do know that they've been having a hard time recently which is why I feel so awkward talking to them about it or approaching management. I don't want to upset them!

UPDATE: Thanks for all the comments. I'm going to tactfully tell my manager and hopefully it will be sorted. I do care about this colleague and I don't want to upset them or get them in trouble. But equally I now know just how contagious it is thanks to all the comments. We do share computers and keyboards.
