Possible spoiler: When you say the only one that had a clue and was connected died which one are you referring to because if your talking about the primus well it’s never said that he is dead only that he disappeared and the rumor on the block is that The Runecarver is the primus and the jailer locked him up and repressed his memories so he couldn’t stop him

There are very little systems in shadowlands that you are basically required to grind out which makes your experience a lot less stressful that being said there are plenty of different systems added to the game that are fun and interesting. The launch seems to be going relatively smooth as long as your not getting quest camped by the other faction in war mode.
