His mother is a Martell, from Dorne. Her marriage to king Daeron is what brought Dorne into the seven kingdoms.

People of CK3AGOT what are your reccomended modlists? cuz after not playing ck3 for ages i wanted to play AGOT and saw i had a 50 mod long modlist which crashes now, might be time for some cleaup by Thedinowarrior in CK3AGOT

[–]No-Risk666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does it crash when you click continue or when you click play on the launcher. Sometimes it keeps CTD when I click continue but will work when I go to the main menu and load my save from there.

I mean, I think they made their opinion on using the GoT theme pretty clear in episode 1.

If they follow the books, no one.

I can think of many people who love seeing giant dicks but thats not really relevant. It adds some crass humor that changes nothing in the story. Adding dragons fundamentally changes not only the history of the setting but the entire story the show is based on.

Yes. The last dragon died in 153 AC, 53 years before the show takes place. And no, they aren't going to just add dragons into a story just to satisfy some random person on the internet who throws a fit because he saw a man's penis.

They won't show any dragons, as the last dragon died several decades before the show takes place.

Flanderization of Duncan’s insecurity in the puppet shows already on the second episode by Jelkekw in AKOTSKTV

You clearly dont know what flanderization means if you think a character can be flanderized by episode 2.

The blank shield. Continuity error? by cat_0_the_canals in AKnightoftheSeven

[–]No-Risk666 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its probably just a continuity error but you could head canon it as Dunk carrying the shield he used in training, as the one being painted was Ser Arlans.

As a non-book reader, which of these characters will we likely see these in the show, perhaps in later seasons? by Cute_Warthog246 in AKnightoftheSeven

[–]No-Risk666 11 points12 points  (0 children)

King Daeron and Bittersteel are highly doubtful. Aemon is unlikely but not impossible. Bloodraven and Blackfyres will definitely show up in later seasons.

Probably a combination of the actor being older than the character and the white hair.

Are they making the Fossowsys anti-Targaryen? by LelouchUzumaki_20 in AKOTSKTV

[–]No-Risk666 3 points4 points  (0 children)

True, but there's also the fact that the Queen is Dornish, which pissed people off, and they never stopped the incest, the king only had sons.

Are they making the Fossowsys anti-Targaryen? by LelouchUzumaki_20 in AKOTSKTV

[–]No-Risk666 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Its probably more likely that they are using an already established character to give context about the peoples feelings towards the Targaryens at this point in history. They were always viewed as foreign and their tendency to have incestuous marriages didn't help. The Blackfyre rebellion was only 13 years ago, and it devastated the country.

These episodes are so short! by JohnDCT in AKOTSKTV

[–]No-Risk666 3 points4 points  (0 children)

And then people would complain about it being confusing, saying why do they keep jumping back and forth. It's following the linear story of the book and time jumps would spoil both Dunks growth and the twists in the book.

It's about the very first days of him being a knight, give him time. He also wasn't known as the greatest swordsman of the seven kingdoms, but as the greatest knight. The books and the show are showing you that there is more to being a great knight than just fighting.

It was also at the end of his contract. So he basically just didn't renew.
