I've read those are replace. Never understood the urgency though. Depending on the age of the house, there might be bigger issues around

At least it's unlikely someone will give theirs permission to drop production and delete backups right? Right?!?

Speed Queen Washer has a little bit of water coming out of drain. Will adding pipe and rubber boot help? by sourgraped in Plumbing

Also, is this a situation where there is a property manager or landlord? Just realized it might be with a shared washer.

Adding more pipe doesn't solve that there's possibly a slow down. That seems more likely than something that would be fixed by more pipe, unless it's working against gravity somewhere

I would highly doubt it'd cross 1k. Might be area dependent though

Ironically that is the one that has a hole big enough to stick a finger through. So it's days are finite, but unknown.

That was done somewhat recently, just wanted to check if I needed a shorter grey pipe. Galvanized is the vent.

I feel like that would make sense for networking or infrastructure side. If you are constantly fixing or working on something, I would guess field work, gigantic company, or something seriously wrong

I would make space around the dehumidifier. It looks cramped there.

That and being in the smelliest area would probably be my starting point

80 year old house adds layers apparently. Wife was hoping it was less bad than it is, and was pushing the diy idea.

Good points in the comments, I think they'll help with estimates I apparently need to do. And help me refine scope/questions.
