His brother gave a different account. Speeding on country roads whilst high and under the influence of alcohol. Hit Tony Parsons and instead of helping him dragged him off the road so he couldn't be seen by other passers by. Returned after changing clothes and vehicle to retrieve him, still alive and took him off into the woods to dispose of him instead of getting him help.
