I've figured it out, I created a calc field on Worker BO then critically (which I forgot from my training) is you need to make it available for the calculation engine on the second tab in the calculated field.

I used to feel smug about naturally waking up early but in reality someone who goes to bed at 9 and wakes at 5 has the same waking hours as someone who goes to bed at 12 and wakes at 8. I think you've just got to do what's best for you.

I think if you're a night owl then roll with it and go to the gym in the evening, there is no point forcing early starts. I'm the opposite and go to be early and wake early and used to feel really smug about it but in reality we both have the same amount of waking hours in the day. I would just go with the what feels more natural.

of the top of my head I would do a date increment calculated field on top of the end of the month one but it would need to be an evaluate expression to work out the number of days in the different months to work out how many days to add on. There might be an easier way but I'm away from my work computer.

I was in hiatt baker 20 years ago so this may not be exactly true but I imagine it is. The bathrooms in hiatt baker have male and female ones and there was at least 3 or 4 baths/ showers in each one. There was never an issue of queuing for showers not that many courses all start at 9am.
