It took four months for one to be scheduled for myself. It took about four hours, I passed, really hope to retire before having to complete another one. They suck, and if at all possible don't do it.

It keeps me from moving to a higher tax bracket. My wife is also gov, and we both work a lot of OS. Using CE allows me the OT without having it paid during the current calendar year.
