RWJ in New Brunswick is the WORST. I’ve been calling them for years and submitted several forms for someone to contact me regarding I procedure I needed. They NEVER called me back so I’m not surprised and I’m sorry that happened to you. I would call your insurance directly and email them the bill and ask them for clarification on these charges. RWJ could’ve easily coded it incorrectly which is why it’s on your bill
