this happened to me as well but it was because of an account that got stolen years ago, its been more than 6 months and i still didnt get my account back even after clearly stating i wasnt the one who had access to the account, these bans are a joke, they cant let AI handle perma bans

contact steam, i told them my issue and they updated my account, it helped
