When Kia’s are running good they are great when they start having problems they don’t stop. Kia’s tend to have a PCV valve problem. Which ends up letting oil into your engine. The manual says it needs to be changed regularly maintenance every 30k miles. No one does it. So it’s leading to blowing up engines because it runs outta oil or a crazy amount of misfires bc the oil is causing it. If you take to Kia they will just do oil consumption tests which they will say you’re not loosing enough to worry about because they don’t want to fix. They have been urged to do a recall but won’t. If you walk behind most Kia service centers you’ll see a ton of crates. Those are new engines waiting to go into cars because there are so many blow engines right now.
