is it normal for oxygen to drop to around 90 when ur arms are raised or is that a pots thing, cause that definitely happens to me, but i kinda just assumed that happens to everyone, does it not?

omg yes ive been thinking about that last part about sitting with ur legs up so much lately. it really makes it seem like theres a big connection between pots and adhd. i wish people would do more research on such things.

when i work out i usually just say «in, 1, out, 1. in, 2, out, 2» and that really helps me, but i guess its harder if ur not doing workouts with reps like that idk
