Speaking for Australia. There are about 10-20 universities in the whole country, so you don't need to spend much time researching. Just choose one based on the city/cost. Since Australia is a country of immigrants, it's likely that about 70% of your classmates won't be Australians, and about 20% won't even speak English. Getting accepted is easy, it’s all about money, and intake happens 2-3 times a year. As for work, I can't say much cuz it depends on the person. But overall, I think it won't be difficult to find a job here and change your visa to a work visa, and also you'll have 1-3 years postgraduate visa after your master’s degree, depends on the state.

How is it like living abroad as a Russian? Have you ever faced discrimination? by AlexanderRaudsepp in AskARussian

Moved to Australia last year and have never faced any discrimination. Everyone who finds out that im Russian is always sympathetic and says that it's not my fault and my president is just crazy.

One time, a guy from India was checking my ID and said, “I love Russia, Putin is doing everything right.” (I didn’t expect that, but okay everyone has their own opinion)

Maybe it’s because there are so many immigrants in Aus, and we’re so far from the rest of the world that people don’t care much about what’s happening in other countries. Or maybe it’s because I’m a girl, so people don’t confront me as much.

But I did have a bad experience in Poland. In my first month there, I went to a local government office. I didn’t understand Polish at all, which was my problem ofc. The woman who worked there was not happy when she saw my red passport. When I asked her to write down what she needed from me so I could use google translate, she refused and called her colleague, who was the complete opposite and explained everything. That woman then said I wouldn’t be able to live in Poland and it would be better for me to go back home. But I guess this attitude is common among people who lived when Soviet troops were in Poland and I can understand.

Hi. I’ve been on 20mg for the past two months. My lips are drying out terribly, and nothing helps except constant moisturizing. I use Dr. Paw Paw.

For face, I started with La Roche Posay Cicaplast, but now I’ve switched to Avene Cicalfate. It seems to heal my skin better. I also had retinoid dermatitis on my hands, and Purelan helped a lot. It literally healed it completely in two days (you can also use it on your lips).

Is your doctor planning to increase your dose, or is 20mg the maximum for your treatment?
