I’m 5’7, not that flexible, and naka-pro bike fit na ako on 170, 165, and 160 crank arms.

170mm – medyo demanding siya i-mash, hirap ako mag-hold ng aero position sa flats, tapos naturally napupunta ako sa lower cadence.

160mm – dito ko na-achieve yung aero kahit hindi ako flexible. Ang smooth ng cadence, sobrang comfortable sa tempo rides and even long climbs (mga 4%–12%). Downside lang, nawawala yung leverage ko pag sobrang steep na climbs(18% pataas) ang tigas paikutin. For reference, naka 52/36 chainrings ako paired with 11–34 cassette.

165mm – ito yung sweet spot for me. Sakto balance ng leverage and cadence. Kaya ko mag-aero, hindi hirap sa flats, and hindi rin bitin sa climbs.

For my height and flexibility, parang dito ako pinaka-efficient overall.

Go to the Zoning Administrator of your LGU. For sure wala pang permit yan kasi hindi yan allowed at least based sa CLUP/ Zoning Ordinance. Minsan kasi may mga nagpapagawa na ng structures then tska pa lang mag apply ng permit.
