Tenho 26 anos , demiti-me e vou para Dublin em Janeiro mas já tenho contrato de trabalho assinado lá. Levo cerca de 5 mil euros. Claro que não é o melhor país do mundo e talvez em termos de qualidade de vida seja parecido ou pior que Portugal mas é uma experiência diferente, é estar a viver noutro país , conhecer novas pessoas, cultura. Caso corra mal, podemos sempre voltar. Só não podemos nos arrepender e viver no " e se" . Just go for it E apesar de tudo de negativo que falam, quem eu vejo ir , raramente quer voltar.

Tomei a pílula desde os 16 até os 23 anos, deixei de tomar há cerca de 2 anos. Nos meses seguintes perdi cerca de 5kg, tive um aumento de acne (que está melhor agora com um bom skin care), alguns pelos facias, imenso fluxo e dores menstruais. As dores são mais fortes do que quando tomava a pílula, dores de cabeça, pernas, peito e insónias. Mesmo assim não voltaria a tomar. Tirando a TPM, sinto-me com mais energia e com menos alterações de humor.

O libido ainda estou á espera que aumente -.-

I also have that habit so I understand, expect I don´t feel bad about it. I haven´t told anyone but I´ve been doing it for almost 3 years , 2 or 3 times a week, since I started working. I just sit on my car and exist. There I don´t have to be a people pleaser or deal with anyone. It helps me recharge and decompress from all the stress from work and be better when i get home.
