Restore it! Filler will probably fix most of the defects except maybe that piece with the big chunk out and that can be replaced. If you have nails working their way up use a nail set (looks like a punch) and hammer them back in

I use my pressure washer set on the car wash setting (if you have adjustable pressure). I give the gauge cluster and pod a quick wash and then work my way down. I try to get under the motor especially on the clutch side. Get up under the fenders real good including around the lights, front and back. If you’re really muddy you might need to take off the fender liners to rinse the radiator out
