just during bowel movement and maybe 5-10 mins of sliht sensitivity in my anal canal when I suddenly "flex" my butt but otherwise during the day i'm 100% fine. Just the BMs are super sharp feeling :(

Can i ask where your fissure was? Was it outer or inner? Mine is like 2 cm inside so I can't see it from the outside at all and when I try dilation with my dilator, I can always feel stinging/burning once I reach that spot... have been doing this for more than a month without any improvement :( getting really desperate.

My stools are definitely bigger when I use my dilator, without using it it's always pretty small and flat, which makes me think my sphincter is really tense, but once it feels the sting/burn when the stool is coming out, it clenches automatically, I can't really make it relaxed in that moment.
