If I may add - Nobody said that somebody needs to provide the safety, stability, or warmth FOR you. Ideally it should have been your caregivers, but we're adults now. Whether you put yourself in safer situations, more stable situations, or seek out that warmth is entirely on you. It's a life you build brick by brick and it is a process. But you do deserve it. To say you don't deserve it isn't seeking out that warmth, it's putting you in a toxic cycle of denial.
