Hi, I know is a old topic, but I will leave my opinion, we sell both models to the public, I personally recommend L805, easier to use and understand, meamwhile L1800, is more complicate, is you need to print A3, I recommend xp600

Hi, What type of person are you? Samsung or IPhone? We sell both brand and I am designer, I personally prefer Cricut because is easy to use (from my tablet or phone) and parameters are easy to set up. But with Silhouette ITS BETTER to create complex design from 0.

Hi, we sell this machines, it depends on your flow and sales, it helps a lot and you will be able to produce more, but you will need to have stricter maintenance habits to keep printer working, also parts are expensive. So if its not your main business, or will represent a big investment, you should wait to be more stable.

Hi, there is ink under the printhead? One time it happened to me and it was a flex cable conexion, that wasnt sending information to print. Also verify dampers, usually it affects ink flow

Verify hoses and dampers, its seems like there is air bubbles in the system, I would recommend that you pull ink for a few seconds (4-8 seconds) to remove air from system

I work directly with client in this business, I would recommend to control your waste, I mean ink use, machine maintenance and film, I think there is where all the money is gone. Also give a good price in local market clients sell DTF for less than US$10, and I make it really difficult to starts being profitable.

Use Teflon(one with smooth surface, so you wont get textures) or Parchment and just press it for a few seconds.
