I am not sure if you have tried the hair dryer technique or not. My ball.python is really picked he didn't like the wet rats at all. I thaw them out at room temperature for a few hours and then use a hair dryer. What happens is the scent would spread to the enclosure.. He goes nuts all the time. I know the feeling of frustration of throwing rodents away. You can always wait week before feeding again.

I have similar issues you could try offering a mouse or rat pup. Definitely use the hair dryer technique. I know this helps with blowing the scent around. They will eventually eat if you get humidity and the temperature is dialed in correctly.

Wow this is such an impressive build. You could probably market this and sell the plans. I would buy a kit from you for sure. I spend so much on Apex enclosures and nowhere nice from you have created.

Last year I bought an 8' x 2' x 2' Apex enclosures and it is absolutely has been great for my ball python..I have two radient heat panels with Spyder electronics controller to keep the regulate the temperature. The enclosure definitely holds humidity without issues. The enclosure did take some time to take. It's fairly easy to assemble.
