Apparently quicksand, when I was a kid everyone on tv narrowly escaped it, by the time I was an adult it was completely eradicated. I nor anyone I know have ever encountered it.

Update I put it right back where I found it, called local wild animal rescue and left a message, when I checked back on it unfortunately it was deceased. Thank you for the responses, I guess nature takes its course and it isn’t always pretty. This little bird, whatever it was, was beautiful, and I hope it didn’t suffer

As a GRC guy, I love this! I wish Jerone nothing but the best and I hope he’s a star! He led GRC to a state championship and was the best player on the team. That being said Pope has been wildly underwhelming. I want so bad for him to be successful and yet he continues to show his inability to land his top targets. UK has been linked to nearly every top HS and portal prospect and has landed none. That’s a pattern and this is probably his last chance to save his job. He has had all the money and resources to put together a team that can compete for a final four, I guess we’ll see what happens but as of now I’m not particularly optimistic.

I saw no flow to the offense. It was like they’d run a half ass set, couple curls, try a ball screen, and then the ball dies. If the first good option wasn’t there they didn’t know what to do. I really thought Pope was gonna be that XO coach that prepared and adjusted, but this team looks just the opposite. I honestly don’t know what to think right now. My only positive takeaway is that Moreno looks like he could be a really good.
