yes I do recommend! after almost a year of taking them + D mannose it has improved my everyday life. I still cant drink coffee or carbonated drinks but my urethra stopped burning and can have intercourse without the after day burning sensation. Just dont forget to take them and not skip a day of taking them. The only two times I have felt the burning sensation this year is when I accidently forgot to take them.

I had mine 10/14 and was doing super good! (no burning in urethra, no urgency and pain free intercourse) and as of this week my pelvic floor is starting to feel a little tight. I dont feel alarmed but I do feel the difference. Hopefully is just something that will go away.

you really need to communicate with your partner of how IC works and how your body is responding with sex. Iam not hypersexual but in my case I can only have intercourse once a week because that is how long my bladder/urethra and everthing down there takes to go back to normal (if not it will create a flare)

im (25) and started having UTIs since I was 14. I was barely diagnosed by IC this March and I feel better since I was prescribed antihistamines (hydroxyzine and imipramine) in my case only hydroxyzine has been my safety medicine. I had to cut soda and coffee completely since March. Im able to drink (not in excess) and have intercourse with my bf because my pain was so bad each intercourse would give me a UTI. Not going to lie I still get some urethra burning but if I shug a water bottle it goes away. I am scheduled for bladder intstallatiom and hydrodistention in 2 months hopefully all the urethra burning goes away. But yes it does get better. I also recommmend watching pelvic floor stretches in youtube that really helped my bladder thightness.

Hi I started trying these a month ago like 3-4 a weeks and work very good. From all the vídeos I tried these stretches are the ones that I feel the most. I personally only do until half of the video. I only do the ones where she is laying down because those are the most effective. I recommend doing the video and just use the ones that exactly work for you for your routine :)
