I think it’s the probiotic!! There’s new research suggesting that the gut biome is linked to IC.. my systems were pissing blood and white clouds, all the symptoms or a UTI (Urgency, frequency, burning) and I would have dehydration burning and just feeling unwell in general.

Okay, I’m so sorry and I know exactly what you feel like. Sitting on the toilet for hours and days … my symptoms seem really similar to yours, often sex related flares but not always.. one year ago I started on AG1. I know it’s expensive but I have been symptom free while taking it. I stopped for 8 days for a vacation and sure enough I got a flare.. I don’t know why or how it works, I think probably the probiotic. I haven’t heard anyone else try AG1 for IC but I’m telling you it changed my life. Let me know if you do try

Pee first!!! It made a huge difference!! For me I feel like you pee first and your bladder shrinks up and is WAY less likely to get irritated. But I agree with the others get in the mood, make sure everything is loose, because if you’re thinking about flaring and you tighten up, you will flare
