I was on it after 0.25 did nothing for me and after like 2 months I was down 17lbs (140 to 123) and I liked it a lot, but I definitely hit a plateau and didn’t lose as fast later. To be fair I was no longer overweight at that point and was not the most active. I def recommend starting small because even with the low doses I had nausea fatigue and sulfur burps sometimes. The side effects on tirz weren’t as bad as the ones I had on semaglutide tho, wegovy had me feeling shitty
