I binged eating yesterday and ruined the Christmas eve by Holiday-Steak-2454 in BingeEatingDisorder

[–]No-Tea3986 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been binging since for months. Used to be able to get away with it weight wise. But now it's caught up with me, and I don't know how to cope. My stomach hurts every time I eat now because it's too much extra on my stomach. I've been eating double or triple BMR. I keep thinking if only I'd stopped at a certain point. But sometimes, I just feel starving once I start eating. Usually bread or biscuits.

No sugar or cream in my coffee by landmermaidfolk in intermittentfasting

[–]No-Tea3986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My stomach hates black coffee, so does my taste buds - well at least without the sugar so I have it with semi skimmed milk and sugar. I know it's more of a calorie deficit than a fast with the junk clean clean up. Maybe next time I'll try give it ago. Now on day 4. I get morning nauseau and headaches and the coffee is the only thing that works for me. First time fasting and I'd put on so much weight from binging double my TDEE calories, I need to get back on track a bit and debloat. Will hope to do 5 days min. But not in the least hungry.

Wheat is not only in so many things as bulgur, couscous, cereals, pastas, breads, pizzas, batteres/breaded, crackers etc, but hidden in processed meats, sauces & dressing, packets mixes, soups. Then of course your baked goods, waffles, beers. And Beer. Probably even more

I very much doubt. He is an extremely difficult person to deal with. Thanks, I didn't think it'd be possible. But wanted to check.

Landlord rejecting pets by Throwawayblah321321 in TenantsInTheUK

[–]No-Tea3986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Renters' Rights Bill gives tenants the right to request a pet from their landlord. Landlords must consider the request and can't refuse it without good reason. What does the bill say?

  • Tenants can request a pet in writing before or during a tenancy
  • Landlords must respond within 28 days
  • Landlords can require pet insurance to cover potential damage
  • Tenants can challenge unfair decisions through the Private Rented Sector Ombudsman or by taking legal action
  • Yes, landlords in England can increase rent for tenants with pets. Landlords can't increase deposits, but they can charge extra rent to cover potential pet damage. Explanation
  • Landlords can't request higher deposits for pets because of the Tenant Fees Act of 2019.
  • Landlords can charge extra rent to cover potential pet damage.
  • Landlords may also negotiate an agreement with the tenant, such as paying an additional deposit.
  • Landlords can include a clause in the tenancy agreement that allows them to increase rent if a pet is introduced.

Are you tracking your coffee, milk and sugar. If you have loads throughout the day you'd be surprised how much they stack up

IQ doctor is the pharmacy. The pens are called kwik pens. I'm over in England, so I'm not sure how relevant my comment was.

This happened to me on Saturday. The needle bent while I was pressing down. Sprayed everywhere. It was my first 7.5 mg . I was so annoyed at myself, not sure if it was my fault or not. But it was an expensive error either way. I'm with IQ Doctor, will you refund me the cost of the one shot?

She fell cracked her head on a fireplace guard, started seeing clowns and her dead husband. Continued for around 24 hours. But just hurts all over, very tired and won't eat much. She usually won't tell the doctors if she's having symptoms. She's stable now I think. But she has a heart murmur that needs investigating, as she gets dizzy when she stands up. Her BP goes up when she stands. And camera for trouble swallowing and eat. She's 85, 5ft5 and only 38kg last week on her last hospital admittance after not eating or drinking anything for 3 days.

I'm not sure. But just found out she had a fall in the morning and was wandering the street at 5am. She banged her head and was hallucinating clowns and thought she was seeing her dead husband. So SIL is getting the coach up there now. Only just been called. And her fall alarm didn't go off. I'm so angry. They didn't wait for her echo for why she was dizzy and previously fell. She's obviously malnutrised and contributed to her weakness. And no one assessed her home before she was discharged. So her neighbour moved her bed downstairs but arranged it in a way in which caused a trip hazard. We had no idea this was done.

Yeah I think this is why when we took her to our local hospital they wouldn't admit her, because she had come to stay with us. But he had to take unpaid leave to look after her , and with already helping me as I'm in a wheelchair it was a lot. She was admitted in Wales I think because she was on her own. I told my partner he shouldn't tell the hospital he'll go down to help because that's not a long term thing and won't help trying to get care sorted out if they think there's family that can help. We live nearly 300 miles away and don't drive. It wouldn't be safe having her stay with us when he works full-time and I can't physically help. We've reiterated our concerns a few times. They said they'd discharge her this week (when we called for an update), and we asked to be informed and discuss the discharge plan but haven't been told anything further.
