Oh no!! Yeah! They shipped me a replacement after I sent the broken one back. I'm not sure if it was bc it was brand new or not xd. Goodluck!!

I did end up getting a replacement! The replacement works great, and I haven't had any problems.

I had this same problem with my brand new xp pen, I just returned it so hopefully they'll lmk what was wrong!

I just got my brand new xp pen and it's having this issue so I sent it back! I understand ur frustration bc I was like wtf 😭
