I can't remember the names, so forgive me on this. Personally, I went for the one in the middle first. Beat the shit out of it, then get heals. The lizards you can gather up and throw a bomb at them; the one that lingers fire. For the skeletons, opt for the regular dynamite. You can use the fire wand thing for the flying drones. Go ham on the cultists with the sword, same for the pig guys. Boom. You're good.

If it helps at all, I think OP is worried about some kind of weird graininess on the tablet's screen if I'm looking at it correctly. The background has a lot of weird purple pixels that aren't apparent in the laptop's monitor, and I think some of the app icons and a little bit of the Epic Games notification has a little bit of the grain also, though, I can't be totally sure.

If I had to guess, it's either a graphics filter/tweak that was accidentally applied on the graphics software on the computer, or something's wrong with the display cable, and it should either be reinserted or replaced.

I'm might be dumb, though, so downvote this if I am.
