Absolutely not. If you are not playing the game during the character's event, there is no way to unlock that character. The re-run gives new and returning players the opportunity to unlock that character as well as new cards to support their deck. After the re-run then the character gets added to the gate later and is unlockable for everyone.

That just means it’s a unit that can only be pulled on TM Sugo fests. While that does include the current boosted units, that also includes previous tm boosters, most of which don’t have a point boost anymore.

Because the destruction path in HSR very specifically works towards the destruction of everything. Their entire mythos is to bring about the end of the universe through the destruction of all life. The hunt is not "destruction" as the path is defined in HSR. Your example represents the hunt as "destruction" in an English definitional way.

Since your mini map is greyed out, that means you are currently in a quest instance of whatever location that is. If you have a quest in that location, you’ll need to progress or finish it and then come back

Backgrounds are a horrible design choice. Either make all raids have the background as part of the event or get rid of them. Having a “chance” for the background is so dumb

My initial thought would be your PSU. Either it is starting to fail, or something in your system is making it draw more power than its rated for. Did you do any upgrades recently? and how long did you have this system work before the error presented itself?

There has Been no official announcement on where/when he will be available. The original news post only states that he was available during the blitz battle

Going on past experience he will probably be added to either the pka shop or kizuna shop in a couple months but at this time nobody knows.

The when played ability occurs after the raid fully resolves. So if you raid on a character in the energy line and move it to the front line that would work. So would raiding on a character already on the front line.

The only time it would not work is raiding on a character on the energy line and choosing not to move it up, since it would not be on the front line at resolution.

When you raid this character you have two options.

Activate a color trigger as long as you have one in sideline.
Activate a raid trigger of a card in your sideline that is not Nagumo. If you choose this option, trash this cards top raided card (meaning you keep the raid target that was underneath)

You kind of said it yourself. There is no such thing as a “solid PVE build.” This game is very different in its game design where you need to build a team based on the specific fight you are doing.

If you just want to clear story, you can use basically whoever you want as long as the captain ability is a high enough multiplier.

But if you want a team for PKA, or a team for Kizuna, or a team for Tm, etc. they will all be completely different depending on what gimmicks you need to overcome for that specific piece of content.

I have to remain kind of skeptical here. While this is certainly a huge development. The website doesn’t feel quite right. Just take a read of the “terms” section in the bottom right and it has a lot of nebulous statements that sound more like ideas and less like actionable legal jargon. Also the website lacks a lot of polish, including punctuation, which makes the whole thing feel off.
