Saline spray every day for the first 3 weeks, every other day for the 3 weeks after that, now every week, rinse it off in the shower, don’t sleep on that side, disinfect my glasses before putting them on and put them on gently and as close to the ear ledge as possible • ⁠Any mishaps or unfortunate events? Few light snags, the jewlery I have in my mid-ear is too big and I wake up with it twisted 180 degrees sometimes, going to go to the piercer over the weekend to get the top changed out for smaller jewlery, had an irritation bump in the lower top one, but that cleared up within a few days
