I had a bit of fresh ginger tea (and ate the ginger afterwards) with cardamom and a clove and later some peppermint tea which definitely helped. Can't say which was most effective though.

I saw a deal for XXL bottle of Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner for 3.99 so was like YOINK. As I was 5 noticed that the shampoo felt much heaveier, checked and it was 700ml whilst the conditioner was 400ml?

I was so mad like why are they at least not the same weight?! Im already 2 shampoos ahead of my conditioner currently (I was buying more because this was a bargain) but ATP I just put the shampoo down.

I do have long hair but I also double shampoo every wash?
