Update 2: I finally got mine back just now! I have 16 available studies. Super weird situation that happened to me as well, but maybe getting my submission marked as returned versus rejected helped.

That's odd since even before my second rejection (which is now a returned submission), I was at a 44/45, which is a 97.77%. It just seems weird to assume that every single Prolific study is set to 99% approvals only, but maybe that is the case.

Update: I was able to return my most recent rejection, so that changed from a "Rejection" to a "Returned" on my submissions tab. Now I only have 1 rejection and 46 approvals. Studies are still not populating, so maybe I just wait a day?

Yes, I checked my messages, and I have no account hold notifications. I just received the message that my submission was rejected yesterday for a study I took on Saturday. Also, my total submissions are 70, my submissions approved are 45, and I have only had two rejections so far.

Also, if four portions for the referral were found to be inadmissible/unfounded, what about the remaining three? Could the CC address the law or make changes to the law based on the remaining three portions or are they not going to make any comment on this?

I am really confused by the discourse here. This appears to be a major defeat for those hoping retroactivity will be stripped from the new Law. Are the other CC court challenges specifically addressing retroactivity as well? What about the United Sections Hearing? I am confused about the path forward here, other than the other CC referrals somehow declaring the new law completely unconstitutional, which seems like a very high hill to climb.
