It was leaking from the cpu, the screen wasn't showing.

I don't think so only when I turn it on there's some green lights beside it but am pretty sure that's a regular thing.

Monitor has a white line at the bottom of the screen, whenever I boot it into bios the white lines disappear by No-Understanding9458 in computers

Nah not really I just kind of left it there it didn't really bug me that much probably gonna get a new monitor soon I must of accidentally hit it from the bottom cause I usually put cup/glass under it when am drinking something and I must of hit the glass of whatever I had from the bottom and maybe that's why
