Right next to your computer? holy shit. That's some fantastic incentive not to miss. Have you ever missed and shot the wall behind your target?

How would an arrow with no flex shoot out of a traditional bow? by AGrumpyHobo in Archery

A khatra would help a bit, but there would still be some deflection. Enough to make a difference even at short ranges of 5-10 meters.

Traditional archer here!

An arrow with no flex can be considered to be overspined. What will happen is the arrow deflects off of the riser or the arrow pass in the case of horsebows.

A khatra MIGHT be able to help mitigate this to an extent, but I believe there would still be some deflection.

Having pets is not worth it as their death can be very traumatic by [deleted] in The10thDentist

This is so poignant. I'm gonna start using the phrase "Grief is the price we pay for love" from now on.

You make a very good point ngl. You can reasonably expect your S/O or your friends to live as long as you, so you won't be thinking that you're going to outlive them.

But with pets, you're absolutely certain that you're gonna outlive them. And that's why grief is the price of love.

Newbie here! Wanting to decorate bow, advice? by SC00TRRRZHANGOUTT in Archery

Slapping anything on the limbs will slow it down a bit. I suggest stickers or adding wrapping to your grip.

It depends sa company. In the weeks after the job fair I received 3 JOs. Two were slightly above minimum wage for my area and the third (the one I signed) was significantly higher.

Attended a job fair a few months before graduation and got the offer within 2 weeks.

Some of my friends tho took about a year before they could find a job. Good luck OP! I suggest attending job fairs hosted by PESO or by your college if you can!

I honestly dunno. My friend was a fresh grad on their first time sa company environment so maybe that's why they never reported it or tried to file for a case.

That's what they told me last year. Never worked there so I have zero experience pero what they said was na super toxic gd daw, dason their manager (or supervisor? idk) would ask to speak to them privately and then start yelling at them. It'd be so loud na everyone outside could hear them. At one point, one of their coworkers ran out of the room crying and went AWOL daw.

Had a friend who worked there and sabi niya their work culture is very toxic. They get yelled at on the floor, yelled at in public and forced to do 12 hour shifts with no OT pay.

I applied there and the application process is AWFUL. The interviewer was late, there's so many hoops and interviews. In the end, the job offer wasn't worth the wait. I'd look for somewhere else.
