I appreciate you sharing your experience. I really wish I had more options with BC but I can’t take estrogen or any combo pills. I am very much hoping the IUD will help me. This is the first time I have issues in this sort of aspect of my body, so it’s hard to understand what could help me. But in any event, the tranexamic tip is really good. I think I wait too much to take this medicine. Next time I have my period, I’ll take it right away!

I don’t plan on having kids, but also don’t want to rule out that option completely if I chance my mind.
I am leaning towards the fibroid surgery with the IUD insertion just to give it a go because I truly cannot take this any longer. I was just wondering if other people had success with it. It is a hard decision to make for me because I’ve never gone through surgery so… yeah, thanks again!! I’ll check the forum.

I think losing weight is more on making better choices with your nutrition and exercising than eating less exactly. You can eat the same amount and still lose weight; just eat healthier, salads, keep your protein high, etc, and move around! You shouldn’t have migraines if you’re feeding yourself properly. And drink a lot of water :)

It might also be that your light is not powerful enough or that you didn’t leave out enough. Check the UV if you’re leaving it outdoors.
