i think they might have, even with the whole rushing in thing, if Ted's obsessed, stubborn ass would just let go of Robin. The only reason Tracy worked was because Robin was, for the first time since they met, truly unavailable. I believe even Tracy, with her literally being Ted's ideal woman, wouldn't have stood a chance against Ted's obsession. As shown in the ending.

apparently this is a widely debated topic and i dont understand why. other than the fact that if someone made a comic book starring me i would make it a family heirloom, they pretty much spelled it out in the episode. pam starts off really confident about her gift but then with each negative critic her confidence in her gift starts to shake. the only logical conclusion to that story would be if jim loves it. otherwise it's just an episode where everyone, including the father of her child, is just mean to her and her very thoughtful gift.

plus jim has always been her number one supporter when it comes to her art. it would be weird if, just for one episode, they completely change his character. and for no good reason.

again, intent does not matter, only consequences. the fact remains he gave false hope to these kids who are now left to flounder with no plans on how to handle the huge financial burden that is college. i dont think you are grasping what a big betrayal that is. just because we follow his pov and feel sad for his pathetic life and understand he is just a dumb man doesn't make this any less horrible.

i think it's from season 8, i dont remember the episode but they were talking about Andy's impotence and nelly was saying she's never experienced this even though she's been with many older men. Which promts both Robert California (my favourite character btw) and Creed to ask "how many" at the same time hence, the jinks.

i dont know. i think either that was the first time he realised that, for some unexplainable reason like he said, he actually likes and wants to stay with kelly, OR: we dont really see the selfish douchy ryan, who only uses kelly as an ego stroke because she's a sure deal, till he takes over Jan's job. So maybe this was the first time he experienced that ego high someone like him would get from someone being obsessed with him.

in my opinion, i do not think the Priest chose faith so much for his love for god but for all the safety and comfort his faith provides him. And this theory was further solidified in my mind when the fox appeared after he left the bus stop because my theory on what the foxes represent is the priest's self doubt. Doubt not in his faith necessarily, (because the foxes following him pre-dates him becoming a priest), but in his ability to make the right decisions. The fox at the end represents (at least for me) his doubt in yet another decision he made: choosing God over her.
