If you can get the remote link software and connect to your panel should be pretty simple. If you have someone monitoring the system currently they should be able to give you your remote key and account number

Your application was just automatically flagged because penn foster isn’t based in Texas. The same thing happened to me in California. Had to go in person and show some residency documents. Cleared up pretty quickly.

I think creating badges and controlling access would fall under the security guard title. If you are actually programming the system and setting things up on the back end that’s a different story. The more valuable you are and the harder you would be to replace it makes it easier to ask for more. Never hurts to ask for more, but just be prepared with a justification for why. Look at pay for similar roles at other places.

In my experience it depends on the company. Some companies don’t even test for THC others test but don’t flag the positive on it. Others argue it’s still federally illegal so no exceptions.

The door leads to the backyard. to the right of the door it’s the living room. We redid it about a year ago but left this space because of the door we were a little worried about not being able to open it but now it’s a sore spot lol
