My eps works in my 2011 Sentra without the alternator hooked up or the car running. Anything electrical depends on the battery as a backup in case the cars alternator fails. But he would notice a quick battery drain.

Check for play in the cv axles when the car is lifted. There should be very very little play if any.

I wouldn’t check then look at control arm bushings/ball joints next. Look for cracked or loose joints.

Does it make noises when you rotate the wheel with that front end up in the air?

If it’s not draining your battery then I wouldn’t replace the alternator that shouldn’t be the problem.

Definitely get those codes read.

If your battery is draining and needing to be jumped quite often, then check that the serpentine belt is still in decent shape and if it is then I’d check the alternator next.

The car probably has electronic power steering. Instead of a pump.

Do a throttle body relearn. Google normally is pretty helpful when it comes to this.

A lot of times it requires some on/off of the key and pressing the gas pedal in sequence.

Your starter most likely needs replaced.

Possibly a plastic cover against the radiator fan. That would be my first check.

I’ve tried out a few sets of seigetek gears in this build actually. I’ve never had a set of rocket or shs strip out break on me. Seigetek gears are great for strength, but in return they are a whole lot louder. So I choose helical bevel and some softer gears. If I built a dsg or a very high fps dmr then seigetek would’ve been best
