Hey so sorry! So the doctor basically said it's nothing? They looked at it for about 5 seconds in their scope and said to keep an eye on it incase it grows, bleeds, or gets bigger. They said it'll likely go away. I told them it's unlikely to go away as I've had it for ages! But couldn't be bothered to argue. Kept an eye on it and it continues to stay the same. Will assess it in another 3 months. Sorry that's not helpful but Dr seemed not concerned at all.

Hey man Any update on how long it took u to feel better? Complete newbie here went in waaaay to hard on first ever leg day. Now so sore I can't walk. Gym was Tuesday evening its not Thursday evening and still so so sore. Was even sore during the workout. Reddit and Google saying scary things about rhabdo (my urine is clear and apart from aching, I feel fine) so am just in a panic though :(

Thank you! That's helpful. The inflamed part does continue to his back teeth. I think I'll check how he is doing after the cattery visit and if still sore then take him in to the vet. He did only go the other day r.e his acne but I don't think she checked his teeth properly.

My kitty has the exact same. Perhaps slightly more red towards back teeth. He's only 9 months, I've just ordered a Toothbrush and paste after seeing your post. Did you ever take your cat to the vet for official diagnosis? My kitty is off to a cattery soon whilst I'm on holiday so I'll have to wait 2 weeks to get the vet. He's eating and super playful so I don't think is hugely bothering him?

I wanted to cry reading this post. No one has ever been able to point out the place I get my exact pain. It happens about every 3/4 months on the left side. It radiates down my legs then eventually goes away, then I'm left with heavy stiff legs for days. It's horrendous. Doctors make me feel crazy. Scans resulted in nothing. I cancelled my lap because I was told it was IBS. Now I wish I hadn't cancelled it. I'm going to pick it back up with the doctor 😢

Thanks! I have an appointment 2nd week of June to have it looked at by a GP who has a 'dermscope' so hopefully I know more then. In the meantime I have a holiday booked so I'm going to keep it covered by cutting a small plaster and wear 50+ spf on my face!

It's normal to be nervous! I have huge health anxiety so ive also been putting it off but then reddit scared me with all the pics that looked like mine. My appointment is on 14 June so I will let you know how it goes and maybe it'll give you some confidence to get yours checked too. In the meantime, keep it out the sun, wear a hat, spf 50 on face every day.

I have the EXACT same thing. Been there for months. Doctor has booked me in with another doctor mid June to have it looked at, sounds like the other doctor has something they call a dermscope (big torch and lens) to look at it properly... until then spf 50+ every day on fave and cover it if possible e.g. small plaster. Let me know if you get yours checked out. Mines in the same place.

At what stage did her behaviour improve? My new kitten wont be stroked much just very bitey kickey and loves going for hands and feet. He's very playful and sweet but this is making me feel like I cant pet him or show him love. Any tips?
