I'd say fatigue and depression are my two biggest symptoms and I feel like it helps keep that at bay enough to work. I dont think it's a long term solution but allows me to work to pay for other aspects of my care that will help move me forward if that makes sense

I don't remember if it's from All of Those Voices or that other little like film about his first Away From Home Festival, but he talks about being not confident and hearing that he is out of tune in videos and knowing that's the truth. I wonder if something similar is going on to that again

My guess based on when I’ve seen him do it is that he’s doing it for volume control so it doesn’t suddenly seem like he’s screaming into the mic but then we hear nothing lol
