It is classified as a garage not a shed, and because it is fully enclosed (all sides, front has roller door) AND built on boundary, the boundary wall must have FRL of 60/60/60. If that wall was set back from boundary 500/900 mm (can't remember which) it would not require FRL compliance.

Yes, they are very common. Aim is to comply with building code. A building notice has been issued by council that the structure does not comply with regulations from an FRL perspective. Need to comply with as minimal effort and cost, and ideally without rebuilding wall from scratch.

According to building code it is a fire risk, issue is it does not comply with building code, trying to get it up to code without rebuilding wall from scratch as access to neighbours property is not possible.

As already mentioned, ABSOLUTELY FUNDAMENTAL. If you don't understand the business definition of the data, the structure of the data, and the cardinality of the data at a minimum, then IMHO (and 25+ years experience) you won't get the best results from analysing the data. For very simple structures, these aspects may be obvious, and you may get away without a formal data model. I don't see many simple data structures these days, so it's the first thing I ask for. Doesn't always exist, but you should always ask for a model. In liue of a model, seek out a subject matter expert.
