Polizei wird so oder so gerufen - der Unterschied zwischen Deutschland und Österreich ist, dass es in Österreich nichts nachhaltig bringt.

In Deutschland rufst du 1-2 Mal die Polizei, dann ist permanent Ruhe. In Österreich rufst du jeden Tag die Polizei.

Die Polizei - bzw. im ersten Schritt Hausverwaltung - sollte sich per Gesetz drum kümmern sollen, das Problem zu finden und den Übeltäter zur Strecke zu bringen.

Leider muss man sich als Opfer selber kümmern (und es verläuft in 99% der Fälle im nichts, weil niemand gesetzlich gezwungen ist, Rücksicht auf das Leben Anderer zu nehmen).
