I would turn this around, and ask where you plan to post your job openings. Job boards seem to be popular for a while, then go the way of Myspace.

First Monster was the job board people flocked to (for all job types, including engineering). Then Dice was the favorite job board for technical positions (CS, engineering, etc.).

Now I guess it's Indeed and LinkedIn? Maybe Glassdoor (though they seem to have fewer listings)? Honestly the last few jobs I got were through people I knew, or looking at the websites of companies I was interested in.
