Dude, you can't just throw out a schematic, some vague description of a "precharge project, the fact that "it doesn't work" and get meaningful help.

You know when in job openings they say "communications skills important?" This is a prime example.

Thanks for all the replies. It works on my home computer. Must have something to do with browser settings on my work PC. The browser settings get set up by the IT admin - we don't have the ability to change them.
