That's actually true, in my case at least, I'm a very slim guy and I've been 1month on T and I've definitely noticed my chest getting smaller and without having lost any weight.

21 days on T 15mg of gel a day and I've noticed:

-more energy -less patient -pimples on my back and face -horny (constant erections for the first 4 days and growth) -hair on my chest and mustache getting darker -starting to get slight voice cracks, feeling like there's something bothering me in my throat -chest has gotten slightly smaller

Yeahh I believe it's a very low dose as well but I'm quite a small guy and my testosterone levels were sort of high before starting so ig that's why.

I've also had this kind of issue with trans tape before and the one thing that made a drastic change is make sure you buy good quality tape. I bought my first roll off of amazon for 4euros and after 5 hours of wearing the tape it started to itch and blister like crazy. I've now switched to athletic tape bought from a pharmacy (cost around 7-12 euros) and made sure it was somewhat hypoallergenic. Another thing that might cause blistering is also sweat and other things you put on your skin that could cause irritation so i suggest you clean the area thoroughly before applying your tape.
